We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

No minimum purchase is required for free standard shipping unless clearly stated otherwise on our website.

Shipping fees will not be charged at checkout for standard delivery within the United States. Any applicable taxes, duties, or additional fees may still apply where required by law.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship within the United States.

Certain remote areas, territories, or special locations may experience slightly longer delivery times depending on carrier availability.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number or tracking link.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

ICE BURSTâ„¢ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at contact@ice-burst.com.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
